SALARY :£18.000 Depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:
****ASSISTANT MANAGER TO THE GM *** 75 BEDROOM *** PRIVATLEY OWNED HOTEL ***
Our client is one of the highest rated 3 star hotels in Bournemouth. The hotel its self is very well known for its high standard and friendly atmosphere.
Our client is now looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to help the General Manager in the day to day running of the Hotel. The duties of the Assistant Manger will include induction of new staff members as well as their training, to cover duty manager shifts when required as well as any other duties required by the manager to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel.
The Assistant Manger will also be required to act on behalf of the General Manager in his absence. Part of the Assistant Managers duties will also include arranging staff rotas and promoting the Hotel in a positive manor at all times.
The right candidate should have previous Management experience in the hotel industry with a strong Food and Beverage back ground, ideally with 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
We are looking for self motivated individuals who are able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings.
